Welcome
and
Introductions: Mary
Wambach welcomed everyone and introduce
new volunteer, Kathy Kindelan. Self-introductions were made. Anna
Liebenow
updated new members about the purpose, goals, and focus of the NAC
survey.
2.
Approval
of April 18th
and May 16th minutes: A motion
was made by Jack Ringland and
seconded by Margarita Grome to accept the minutes as written. Vote
passed
unanimously with two abstentions: Vincent DeJesus and Kathy Kindelan.
3.
Final
Review of Draft
Survey: : The draft
cover
letter/glossary, flyer, and survey were reviewed and minor final
changes were
made. It was suggested that the flyer could be printed using black ink
on a
variety of pastel colored paper.

Cost of
making survey
accessible: tabled.
5.
ADA
Event: Mary
Wambach spoke about the 2011 ADA
Celebration event which will be held on July 22nd at the DOA
Atrium
from 11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Several sponsors have already made
commitments and
the Steering Committee plans to meet on June 24th.

Old
Business, new
business, announcements:
The next two meeting dates of the NAC will be on July 18th
and
August 15th.
