1. Welcome new members and Introductions: Mary Wambach welcomed all.
Self-introductions were made.
- Review and approval of January minutes: previously sent. A motion was made by Jean Lawlor and seconded by Jack Ringland to accept the minutes as written. Vote passed unanimously.

were discussed and responsibilities assigned.
